Required Gun Paperwork: The firearms being sold are in the possession of the owner. The long guns and shotguns can be handed out to current Maryland Residents on the day of the auction. You must have a current and valid state identification or drivers license with you at the time of purchase. If you live outside Maryland the firearm will be taken to an FFL dealer of our choosing to fill out the required paperwork to transfer the firearm to you. We will require that buyers fill out a Firearms Transaction Report (Similar to the ATF Form 4473). No call in will be performed. The information will be kept in our records and is for our protection only. If you do not agree with this and are not willing to fill out the paperwork then don't buy a firearm.
