Marshall Auction Marketing Appraisers are attuned to the latest developments in in today's ever changing market. Our methods of appraisals vary to accommodate our clients. Upon completion of an appraisal you will be furnished with a documented inventory list showing valuations, descriptions, and location of the item(s) in your home, office, storeroom, etc.

  • Auction Value Appraisals - An auction value appraisal is the appraiser's professional opinion of what the final sale price will be of a specific item at a properly advertised and conducted public auction, without reserve, held under existing sale conditions and under present economic trends, within a specified period of time.

  • Fair Market Value Appraisals - A Fair Market Value Appraisal is used for family division, estate, or other tax purposes. Fair Market Value is the price that a property or item would sell for on the open market (the price that a willing buyer and a willing seller would agree on).

  • New or Used Replacement Cost Value Appraisals - A New or Used Replacement Cost Value Appraisal is the monetary amount it would cost to purchase a new or used asset of like quality and specifications if the asset was damaged or destroyed.
