History of the property: In 1966, this beautiful 406 Acre waterfront farm was deeded to 3 local churches including St Paul's by the Sea of Ocean City Maryland, Zion Church of Bishopville, MD and Salem Church of Selbyville, DE. Lifetime rights to the property were left to Casher & Cynthia Benson, two local farmers, to use and reside on until the time of their deaths.
