WHERE SHOULD YOU HOLD MY AUCTION?
There are several choices to consider when planning the auction of your personal property. Onsite auctions work extremely well assuming that there is large enough area onsite to conduct the auction as well as an area for the patrons to park. Marshall Auctions provides a caterer and restroom facilities for most of our onsite auctions. If an onsite auction isn't feasible for any reason, Marshall Auctions will move your Personal Property & conduct the Auction in our 9,000 Sq. Ft. Facility in Parsonsburg, MD (Just outside of Salisbury). Our offices are located in our Auction Facility, which offers a professional, clean and secure location to conduct our auctions.

OUR FACILITY IS LOCATED AT 8000 ESHAM ROAD IN PARSONSBURG, MARYLAND 21849
Directions from South: From Norfolk, VA & Southward, On Rt. 13 cross The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Follow Rt. 13 for Approx 96.5 miles to the Rt. 13 Bypass (South of Salisbury) and merge left onto the Bypass. Follow the Bypass north for Approx. 8 miles to Rt. 50 East. Exit to the right onto Rt. 50 East towards Ocean City and follow for 4 miles to Forest Grove Rd. Turn left onto Forest Grove Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to Old Ocean City Rd. Right onto Old O. C. Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to Esham Rd. Left onto Esham Rd. and follow for 1.2miles to burgundy/tan building on left. Signs Posted.
Directions from North: From Dover, DE & Northward Follow Rt. 1 to Dover and exit onto Rt. 13 South and follow for 54 miles into Salisbury MD. Exit Rt. 13 and Merge onto the Rt. 13 Bypass and follow South towards Norfolk for 4 miles to Rt. 50 East. Exit the Bypass and follow Rt. 50 East towards Ocean City. Follow for 4 miles to Forest Grove Rd. Turn left onto Forest Grove Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to Old Ocean City Rd. Right onto Old O. C. Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to Esham Rd. 5. Our state of the art trailer houses our computer systems, printers, copiers and equipment.
